Bayfront Health St. Petersburg provides CareNotify ™, a messaging system designed to help keep you informed about your care while you are in the hospital. It also provides discharge instructions to help you care for yourself once you are home.
If you provided a smartphone number or email address at registration (or we have them on file), you will receive a welcome text or email message from CareNotify, and subsequent messages as needed. Upon discharge from the hospital, CareNotify will send a message with a link to view your post-care summary and educational content about your condition. In addition to direct communication via text or email, CareNotify also offers a Patient Portal — a secure, online hub for your personal health information.
