Fellowship-trained in sports medicine, Patrick Mularoni, MD is on the faculty of Bayfront Health St. Petersburg’s Sports Medicine Fellowship Program.  He also is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric emergency medicine, and serves as a pediatric emergency medicine physician and the medical director of the AllSports Medicine Program at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital (St. Petersburg).

He graduated with an undergraduate degree in biology from Michigan State University. He earned his medical degree at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine (Sint Maarten). Dr. Mularoni’s fellowship in pediatric emergency medicine was performed at Emory University (Atlanta), where he completed research on procedural pain reduction in the emergency setting and was awarded the American Academy of Pediatrics Willis Wingert award for best fellow research. His fellowship in sports medicine was completed at Bayfront Health St. Petersburg.

Dr. Mularoni is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Emergency Physicians. He also holds a certificate of added qualification in sports medicine from the American Board of Family Medicine.
